Dintrans attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data.

– Implementation or issuance of an assignment.

Processing the personal data of prospect, stakeholder and
lobby contacts and/or interested parties

Personal data of prospect, stakeholder and lobby contacts and/or interested parties are processed by Dintrans for the following purpose:

Providing information to targeted contacts.

The basis for this is:

Seeking oral permission, exchanging business cards and storing business card contact details and/or connecting on LinkedIn or Facebook.

In relation to the above purpose, Dintrans may request the following personal data from you:

Your personal data will be stored by Dintrans for the aforementioned purpose for the period:

Processing the personal data of employees

Personal data of employees are processed by Dintrans for the following purpose:

– E-mail address
– Date of birth
– Salary data
– Copy ID

Provision to third parties

We may provide the information you give to us to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the above described purposes.

For example, we use a third party for:

We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not entered into a processor agreement.

Regarding the parties with whom we have entered into a processor agreement, (processors) we naturally make necessary arrangements to ensure the security of your personal data.

In addition, we will not provide the information provided by you to other parties unless this is legally required and permitted. An example of this might be a request from the police for (personal) data within the context of an investigation. – Anyone processing your data on behalf of Dintrans is obliged to maintain confidentiality
– We have a username and password policy on all our systems
– We make back-ups of personal data so that it can be recovered in the event of physical or technical incidents

Your rights concerning your data

You have the right to inspect, rectify or delete personal data we have received from you. You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or a part thereof) by us or by any of our processors. You have the right to ask us to transfer back to you the information you have provided us with or, as per your instruction, to transfer it directly to another party. We may ask you to confirm your identity before executing any of the aforementioned requests.
